Services

One relationship, everything included.

Ongoing discretionary portfolio management — taxable and retirement accounts alike — with financial planning at no separate fee.

01 — Ongoing

Portfolio Management

The core of the relationship: your portfolio, managed for you with an analyst's discipline. Every decision made in pursuit of your goals — and the reasoning behind each one explained in plain English.

  • Discretionary management of taxable and retirement accounts, such as IRAs, Roth IRAs, 401(k) rollovers, and more
  • Personalized discovery of objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizon
  • A diversified core of stocks and ETFs — research-driven, cost-conscious, tactically allocated
  • Ongoing monitoring, periodic rebalancing, and quarterly written reviews
  • Direct access to your advisor — not a call center
  • Assets held at a qualified custodian (Altruist or Charles Schwab), always in your name
02 — Built in

Financial Planning

The portfolio gets managed; the decisions around it get planned. Both are the job. Whatever financial decision life puts in front of you, you'll always have a supporting hand for it.

  • Retirement planning & income projections
  • Asset allocation analysis
  • Cash flow and budgeting analysis
  • Guidance on accounts held outside the firm — workplace 401(k)s, HSAs, and more
  • Got kids? Setup and investment guidance on 529 college savings plans and the new Trump Accounts
  • General financial consulting
The fee

Simple, asset-based, and aligned.

One asset-based fee covering everything above, applied tier by tier — so your blended rate falls as your portfolio grows. We go over the exact numbers openly on the intro call, and your fee is set in writing before any work begins.

  • Billed quarterly, in arrears — never in advance
  • $5,000 account minimum, waivable at the firm's discretion
  • Financial planning included for portfolio clients — no added fee
  • No commissions, no hidden fees, no upsells — one fee, and it's the whole story

Fees are negotiable at the firm's discretion and are exclusive of custodian, brokerage, and fund-level expenses, which are third-party costs not paid to the firm.
